COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

At Infusion Edutainment, your health and safety is our top priority. We have implemented new, acute cleaning protocols at every touch point in the lounge. Please review our new COVID-19 procedures based on CDC, HealthLinkBC, and WHO standards.

COVID-19 procedures at Infusion Edutainment VR Lounge

Maximum Capacity

Our lounge capacity will be reduced to single stations only, with a 6 person maximum occupancy at a time. Each station will be separated by walls to ensure social distancing is maintained at all times.

Set-Up Procedure

Our staff will no longer be touching your equipment while assisting you. You will be required to place the VR headset on yourself, as well as pick up the controllers on your own. If we need to provide instruction, or change your game, we will do it remotely from our front desk. Our staff will not be entering your station.

Clean-up Procedure

We will deep clean all headsets and controllers with an EPA-registered cleaner between each use, and a bleach solution each day. (Don’t worry, we will make sure no abrasive cleaners irritate your face.) We will also be using disposable face masks for individual use. In addition, all touch points and surfaces in the lounge will be disinfected every few minutes, on top of after every use. We also provide hand sanitizer for your use.

Party Packages

To ensure social distancing is maintained, our party packages will no longer include a group hour in the King, Queen, or Casual rooms. These rooms will be closed until further notice. Instead, guests will get 1.5. hours of gameplay at separate stations.

Personal Hygiene

Guest and staff hygiene is our highest priority. If you are feeling sick or showing any COVID-19 symptoms, we kindly ask you to come back when you are feeling better. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if we believe you are compromising the health and safety of other guests and staff.
