Service Description

* Each unit will have a $100 damage deposit taken at time of rental* *PLEASE DO NOT connect your Facebook account to the headsets* For Multiple Day rentals please contact Infusion XR via phone or email so we may apply a discount and sort out the details of the booking with you. Terms of Service: Infusion XR Edutainment (The Owner) is responsible for providing one Oculus Quest 1 or 2 headset, two Oculus controllers, one charging cord, one charging block, one rubber face shield, two AA batteries, and preloaded games and experiences (The Equipment). The Owner will also maintain customer service/troubleshooting via phone call/email only during open business hours. You (The Renter) will be responsible for the safe handling of The Equipment during the duration of the rental period, failure to return The Equipment on time and in proper working condition will result in fines outlined in our Quest Rental Agreement. Signing the Quest Rental Agreement is accepting that The Equipment, as stated above, is in full working condition and that you The Renter have personally assessed the equipment and deemed it to be in adequate rentable condition. Furthermore; We, the Owner, provide informational videos and tutorials on each game and device we provide (located on our website) and are committed to making the rental process an easy and enjoyable experience however we, The Owner, are not responsible for multiplayer connectivity issues, Wifi issues, chrome cast connection issues, game specific issues (i.e. bugs and glitches), becoming logged out of an account, or ANY non-repeatable issue with the hardware or software. Finally, below is a list of The Equipment prices at time of purchase to give you an understanding of the financial risk of renting The Equipment. Oculus Quest headset: $629 + 12% Tax Oculus Quest Controller: $98/controller + 12% Tax Oculus Quest face shield: $17 + 12% Tax Oculus Quest Charging cord + Block: $30 + 12% Tax Oculus Quest Games/experiences: ~$450/unit + 12% Tax Total: $1370.88 cad/unit
