Cancellation & refund policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness to all our customers and our staff, we kindly request that any cancellations or changes to your booking be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made before this timeframe will be eligible for store credit only, which can be used towards future bookings.

 

In regard to group bookings:  Please be aware that if a member is unable to attend and notice is not provided before the cancellation window, the responsible party will still be charged for the absent member.

 

Additionally, we kindly ask that customers arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their booking time. This allows us to ensure a smooth and timely experience for all our customers.

 

Please note that customers who arrive late to their booking will have the missed time deducted from their scheduled slot. We strive to accommodate all our customers promptly and efficiently, and your punctuality helps us maintain this commitment.
